The text below shall be hereby known as “Terms and Conditions” and we urge you to read it carefully and contact us immediately should you have any queries.

The following 3 (III) paragraphs represent the basis of the contract between yourself (known hereby as “customer”) and PCV Training School Limited, Company No 10174044, Registered in England and Wales at Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX (known hereby as “PCV Training School”).

For clarification, by placing a booking and paying any amount greater than £100 you are entering a contract with PCV Training School.

Any contract between a customer and PCV Training School is valid for 12 months and 12 months only – any requests after this period will not be honoured and the course fees will be considered forfeited. However in exceptional circumstances an extension of the course might be granted if PCV Training School is notified at least 30 working days prior to the expiry date.

Paragraph I – Initial Booking

1. If the customer requires a practical course booking only, the entire price of the course is payable at the time of booking.

2. If the customer requires a course including the medical and/or theory elements, PCV Training School accepts deposit payments on the condition that the balance will be payable at the time of booking the practical part.

Paragraph II – Amendments

1. Once a medical confirmation including details such as the customer’s date of birth and address has been sent to the customer via post or email, the medical exam is non cancellable and the fee non refundable.

2. Once a theory confirmation including details such as customer’s driving licence number has been sent to the customer via post of email, the theory test is non cancellable and the fee non refundable unless PCV Training School is notified at least 5 working days prior to the theory test taking place.

3. Once a practical course confirmation including details such as customer’s driving licence has been sent to the customer via post or email, the course is non cancellable and the fee non refundable unless PCV Training School is notified at least 10 working days prior to the course starting.

4. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they are always in possession of their original driving licence with the correct entitlement for the course they have booked. Should this not be the case, the training course and/or DVSA tests cannot be carried and the fees will be forfeited.

5. Any amendments made by the customer earlier than the 5 and 10 working days respectively will occur no charges whatsoever and are guaranteed but they should be telephoned to PCV Training School in the first instance and must be confirmed in writing immediately thereafter.

6. PCV Training School reserves the right to amend practical training bookings if operational, weather or other reasonable considerations such as health and safety concerns dictate so. Should such cases arise, comparable alternatives will be offered.

Paragraph III – Cancellations

1. The customer has the right to cancel their course within 14 days from the date of the booking and receive a full refund (provided a medical has not been booked and confirmed and/or a theory test has not been booked and confirmed and due to take place in less than 5 working days time, in which case the costs for these and these only will be deducted).

2. The customer has the right to cancel their course after 14 days in which case a cancellation fee equivalent to 40% of the value of the course will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded via the same method of payment the customer used when booking within 10 working days.

3. PCV Training School reserves the right to terminate a course without any refund if the customer breaches health and safety rules or is guilty of unreasonable and improper behaviour – this includes but is not limited to drinking and use of drugs, insulting and/or assaulting the instructor or putting anyone’s life in danger.

4. If a customer does not attend any of the days and times on which the practical course is taking place after being informed of the schedule verbally and/or in writing by PCV Training School and/or their instructor, the customer is not eligible for any refund for the hours of lost training.
